How do I reserve a party date?
When a party date and time has been selected, a $75.00 deposit is necessary to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and must be received at time of booking. Call us to make a reservation by phone. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and credit/debit card.

What days of the week can I have a party?
Parties can be scheduled 7 days a week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are our most popular party days. During the summer, you may schedule a party Monday - Friday anytime as well as our regular weekend time slots! During the school year, our Monday - Friday schedule is 4:30 pm- 7:00 pm year-round. . Our Saturday schedule includes 11:00 am - 12:30 pm, 1:30pm.- 3:00 pm, 4:00pm. - 5:30 pm,. Our Sunday schedule includes 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm- 4:30 pm.

I would like to visit your location before booking a party; what are your store hours?
Typically, we are open Tuesday - Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm by appointment. Saturdays and Sundays for parties. We strongly recommend calling or emailing us to double check our hours; in the event there is a change, we don't want to disappoint you. You are more than welcome to set up an appointment to come see our party place at your convenience. Please call or email us to set up an appointment. How far in advance should I book my party?
We suggest booking parties at least 6 - 8 weeks in advance. However, if you need a last-minute date, please call or email to check availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards for deposits and party balances.

When do you need the final count of guests?
A final headcount is required three (3) business days prior to the party. An email will be sent the Wednesday prior to your party date requesting a final head count.

What ages are your parties for?
Parties are designed for girls ages 3 and up, although lately, we have had fabulous 2-year-old Garden Fairy and/or Princess Parties. For the younger girls (ages 3 - 6), we suggest the Garden Fairy Party, Princess Party, Frozen Party, or Fancy Nancy Party. The Diva Rock Star Party and Posh Pajama Party can be customized to fit any age. The Spa Party is a great option for tween girls or ones that have already had a Princess/Rock Star Party.

What if I have twins, triplets, or best friends that want to have their party together?
Our packages are priced for a total of 10 girls, which typically means 9 party guests plus the birthday girl. If you have twins, triplets, or friends that want to share a birthday party, subtract the number of birthday girls from 10 to figure out how many guests are included in the package price. Extra girls are always welcome; the price per extra girl depends on the package. For example, if you have twin girls, the package price will include the twin birthday girls + 8 guests for a total number of 10 girls. Likewise, if you have triplets, the package price will include triplet birthday girls + 7 guests for a total number of 10.

How long is a party?
All parties are 1 and 1/2 hours long. We  celebrate  only  ONE birthday at a time (extra 30 minutes is $50.)

What happens if I have to cancel my party?
Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be postponed once. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to other services or merchandise. If you need to postpone your party more than once, your deposit will be forfeited.

What happens if the birthday girl becomes ill and I must cancel?
If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will gladly work with you to choose an alternate date for your party based on availability. Your deposit is non-refundable, but we will apply it to another party date and there is no penalty on your behalf!

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests I can invite?
The package price is for 10 girls including the birthday girl. If fewer than 10 attend your party, you will still be charged for the same amount. Attendance over 10 guests will be charged an additional rate per person. Additional charge per girl varies depending on the package: $12 for Empress and Princess Packages, $15 for the Queen Package, $20 for Stuffable and Spa Packages. 
IMPORTANT: A service charge of $30 is applied to parties with 15 - 19 girls attending OR a confirmed party of 15 - 19 girls. Add a $50 service charge for parties with 20+ girls or a confirmed party of 20+ girls.

What happens if a guest arrives late?
Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed to. For example, if the guests have already completed makeup and have started dancing, the late guest will skip makeup and join in the dancing.

What should party guests wear?
You may ask your guests to wear leotards, bodysuits, or bathing suits under their street clothes—these are preferred. We suggest including a note about this on the invitation. However, if you have booked a Garden Fairy Party, ALL guests must wear a leotard or one-piece bathing suit to the party. Please note this on your invitations. Girls dress in couture tutus and wings and therefore require a layer of clothing underneath.

Can other parents and/or siblings stay for the party?
Parents and other adults are always welcome to stay as we've got lots of seating. Siblings must be supervised at all times in the front of the shop with adults, unless they are one of the guests. Children (of any age) who are not guests of the birthday girl will not be permitted to dress up or have make up applied.

How is makeup applied?
Makeup is applied with disposable applicators. The same applicator is never used twice, even on the same guest. Mascara and eyeliner are not used.

What do I need to supply?
The birthday girl! Parents can sit back, relax, and enjoy the party while we take care of every detail.

Do you offer favors for guests?
Yes, favors are included in your party package.

Do you accept costume donations?
YES! With great enthusiasm we accept girl costumes, flower girl dresses, dance recital outfits and other dress-up items that are in great condition. Please call us or send us an email to make arrangements. 

Each Coco Darlings event is unique. Exact décor, party favors and costumes are subject to change slightly based upon product availability. We do a lot of repeat and referral business and update our event designs frequently to keep them fresh and unique. We will always present a posh event that fits your theme even if exact details vary slightly from things that are depicted on our website. Any major changes will be communicated to you in advance of your event. If there is something you have seen on our website that you want at your event, please ask. We may be able to accommodate you.
